These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Truth Entertainment Services LLC website and the booking of any events or services with us. By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Truth Entertainment Services LLC provides event planning and production services including DJ services, live bands, on-site salon, dress and tuxedo rentals, catering, food trucks, photo and video services, venue rentals, staging, lighting, sound, generators, jumpers, superhero characters, and use of our executive house. All services are subject to availability and these terms.

Bookings and Payments

To reserve a date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through secure third-party processors. Once the deposit is received, your date is tentatively reserved. Final confirmation occurs only after full payment and execution of any required agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a refund of 75% of the deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 89 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or force majeure, in which case we will work with you to reschedule or issue a refund of any unused amounts.

Event Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, guest count, and any special requirements at the time of booking. You agree to comply with all venue rules, local laws, and safety regulations. We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by your guests, unauthorized vendors, or failure to follow instructions. We provide professional services with reasonable care, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Photography and Videography

We may take photographs and videos during your event for promotional purposes. By booking with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images and footage on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Truth Entertainment Services LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific event. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third parties, acts of God, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
