Refund Policy

Truth Entertainment Services LLC requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your event date and lock 2026 pricing. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. All payments are final except as outlined below.

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event date will receive a refund of 75% of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 89 days before the event date will receive a refund of 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable. The final balance paid is non-refundable once received, except in cases of cancellation by Truth Entertainment Services due to circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of severe weather, acts of God, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that make the event impossible to hold, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost or issue a full refund of any unused amounts paid.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, last-minute changes to guest count, or services already rendered. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original method of payment.
